By accessing or using Zharp's monitoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

• verifiedPromptly notify us of any security breaches
• verifiedOne person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

Our services are designed to help you monitor your infrastructure. We expect you to use them in a way that is respectful of our platform and other users.

• verifiedUsage must stay within the limits of your selected plan
• verifiedNo using the service for illegal or harmful activities
• verifiedProhibition of automated account creation in bulk

Zharp offers both free and paid plans. All fees are non-refundable except when required by law or specified in a separate enterprise agreement.

• verifiedAutomatic renewals unless cancelled before the billing date
• verifiedDowngrading may result in loss of content or features
• verifiedTaxes are calculated based on your location

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

• verifiedData retrieval period may be offered but is not guaranteed

Participation in our Getreditus affiliate program is subject to standard ethical marketing practices and specific program policies.
